October 9, 2011 - "Life" - Jeremiah 31:30-34
October 9, 2011:Dr. Gemechis Buba's message brings us into the significance of God’s desire to be in a covenantal relationship. That has been, is and always will be God’s heart for humanity. It is why he sent His Son, Jesus, to give his life for us. Jesus death on the cross ushered in a new covenant, an eternal covenant, a covenant of abundant life.
Dr. Buba also speaks prophetically over both Community of Hope and North Heights. He speaks of this being a pivotal time in the life of these churches; a time of new life, of rebirth, of a “new covenant.” He speaks of the best years being ahead and not to be bound by the past. He says, “Bright days are not behind you, they are ahead of you!”
I believe that to be a true vision for Community of Hope and North Heights!
As Dr. Buba encouraged us…..”If you believe it to be true, say “Amen!”
