Elijah House Prayer Ministries

Community of Hope Church offers a safe and confidential place where you can receive godly counsel through the Bible and prayer.

Prayer ministers are trained to help families and individuals apply Biblical principles and healing prayer to areas of life that need the transforming power of Jesus' death and resurrection.

If you are ready to get the process started, please begin here:

1). Fill out either a digital or hard copy of the Life History Questionnaire and return to Ron and JoAnn Shallock.
2). If your form is a digital copy, please email to james514@frontiernet.net. If you are needing to mail a hard copy of your form, please mail to Community of Hope, c/o Elijah House Prayer, 14401 Biscayne Ave. W. Rosemount, MN 55068.
3). Once the form is received, you will be contacted to set up a preliminary appointment.

If you are interested in hearing more about what Elijah House Ministries offers or what you can expect, please contact Pastor Jason Lovold at jasonlovold@cohlc.org or Ron & JoAnn Shallock at james514@frontier.com for more information. Thank you.
