Caring VolunteersEach weekend your kid is joined by our incredible volunteers who want to make sure that each child has a fabulous experience. These excited volunteers love God and they think hanging out with your kids is pretty fun too! All of our volunteers have been trained and screened to ensure that your child is going to have a fantastic, but safe time with us!
Security Check-In
Our hope is
that your kid will be fully engaged while they are with us, and we want you to
be ensured that they'll be safe too.
Every week at check in, your family is assigned a 4-digit code that is printed on the child's name tag as well as your security tag. You will need to present this security tag to gain entrance to the Kids Ministry areas at pick-up time, and you will also need to present the tag that matches the code on your child's tag in order to exit the classroom with him or her. We will NOT release any child without a matching security tag.
The other purpose for the code is in case of an emergency or if you need to be reached to pick up your child before the service ends. In that circumstance, this code will be displayed on the side screens in the worship center.

Having the opportunity to be the Kids Ministry Director at such a great church is a great joy! At a young age God imprinted this love for kids on my heart. During college I was able to be part of a camping ministry for kids. Their love and energy for life is contagious! A few years later God opened the door for me in ministry. God's grace and direction is amazing and I thank Him for allowing me to use the gifts and talents He has given me to reach kids for Christ. I am very excited to take this adventure that God has placed in my life.
I love to be active; whether that is boating, playing tennis and golf, or just a friendly game of croquet. Some of my favorite things include: wearing mittens, Chap Stick, and laughter!

God has blessed me with the opportunity to become the Early Childhood Coordinator at such a wonderful church. After being a 6th grade teacher and then becoming a stay-at-home mom; I am so thrilled to be back working with children introducing and teaching them about Christ. I am very excited for this journey and with God’s help, introduce our tiniest treasures to the Lord. He has taken my love and passion for teaching and children, and strung them together to fulfill my dream.
I enjoy spending time with my three children (ages 7, 5, and 2) and my husband. We like to have movie night, go to the zoo, or just play outside. I like to stay active by playing softball and volleyball and have recently taken up running.

I love being the Elementary Ministry Coordinator here at Community of Hope. God has called my wife and I to such a wonderful, welcoming place. As soon as I heard that we get to help influence and mold kids' minds, my heart grew bigger. The silliness that kids bring to the world is why I am in this position. I hope to be silly with them in this next journey in life. God is an amazing and I can't wait to see what he does, and how I am used to lead these kids.
Relax to me is not a word. If you want to know how I relax it is with a set of golf clubs or a tackle box and fishing pole. I love to always be active! I also enjoy playing the guitar and singing whenever I can.

I have the wonderful position of providing quality, purposeful childcare to families with small children from birth to age 8 as the Kids Kare Coordinator. My passion is to support parents by arranging the childcare necessary for them to grow and mature in their faith and relationship with God and fellow believers through the multiple classes offered at Community of Hope. I have the joy of supporting both Moms and Dads in their walk with Christ by lifting the burden of trying to find a babysitter so the family can come and grow in their faith under one roof.
I love to walk, worship, and meet with friends for mentoring, discipleship and accountability. I also enjoy bargain shopping at thrift stores. My family is my dearest ministry with my daughter, Indie Rae, my son, Eli, and my husband Jason. They are my treasures that God has blessed me with and I am forever grateful to have this opportunity to serve with and for them.
